Hebei Synlight New Materials Co., Ltd., established in August 2022 and situated in Baoding High-tech Development Zone, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hebei Synlight Semiconductor Co., Ltd. The company specializes in the research, development, and production of third-generation semiconductor material silicon carbide polycrystalline powder. 
With a registered capital of 450 million yuan, Synlight New Materials covers an area of 41 acres with a construction area exceeding 28,000㎡. Equipped with over 300 synthetic furnaces featuring independent intellectual property rights and utilizing advanced silicon carbide polycrystalline powder production technology, the company's products have been recognized by experts and customers for exceptional quantity and quality that meet international standards. 
In 2023, the project  of annual output of 165 tons silicon carbide synthetic powder production line of Synlight New Materials'  was included as one of the key preliminary projects at the provincial level. This project had a total investment of 740 million yuan and commenced operations officially in August 2023. It has an annual cumulative supply capacity exceeding 20 tons, marking the beginning of rapid expansion of Synlight. In future plans, Synlight New Materials will continue to accelerate project construction while expanding its production capacity further with full-scale operation expected to be achieved by 2025.
