Hebei Synlight Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. Specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of SiC substrate, Synlight is a national high-tech company and a certified "Little Giant" company by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
